The selected herbal extracts in Cosinus tablets effectively combat sinusitis and infections in the throat and bronchi. The extracts of gentian, verbena and andrographis paniculata stimulate the immune system to eliminate bacteria and viruses more effectively. Andrographis paniculata, an Asian plant that also has an anti-inflammatory effect, is traditionally used there for respiratory infections. Rich in natural rutin, mullein and elderflower extracts seal capillaries, reducing swelling in the sinuses and airways. The mullein has an expectorant effect and protectively pads the mucous membranes with its mucilage. Some of the herbal extracts have a diuretic effect and excrete the metabolic products of inflammation more intensively and accelerate recovery. The vitamins B2, A and B12 ensure a good condition of the skin and mucous membranes.
Dosage: in case of acute sinusitis with pain in the forehead area 3 x 2 tablets, then 3 x 1 tablet. If the course is milder, 3 x 1 tablet.
