Gauri, Ayurvedic herbal mixture
The herbs used work against viruses, bacteria and fungi, especially in the digestive tract, and also against the bacterium helicobacter pylori. They bring the disturbed intestinal flora into balance even after spoiled food, which can manifest itself with diarrhea or stomach pain. They have an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect on the irritated mucous membranes in the stomach and digestive tract. The herbs relax the gastrointestinal tract, release bile and gastric juices, facilitate digestion and relieve digestive problems after heavy meals. The Gauri herbal mixture is also suitable as an accompanying therapy for infection with the bacterium helicobacter pylori after treatment or after gastrointestinal flu.
Dosage: Brew 1-2 teaspoons of the herbs approx. 20 minutes before eating and drink at least twice a day. Take with food if you have an irritated stomach.
Composition: Curcuma longa, cinnamomum casia, emblica officinalis (amla fruit or Indian gooseberry), zingiber officinale, pterocarpus marsupium, foeniculum vulgare (fennel), santalum album (sandalwood tree)
