Gugul extract, 60 capsules, for joint and bone problems
The German name of Guggul is Indian myrrh (lat. Commiphora mukul), also called Mukul myrrh. It is mainly grown in India and has long been used in Ayurveda. The Mukul myrrh is a small tree that grows from North Africa to Central Asia and from which guggul - a resin is extracted. Guggul is very closely related to true myrrh, which is well known in Arabic countries. In Ayurveda, it is valued for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on joint and bone problems. It is said to have a strong cleansing effect (through the kidneys), which helps to eliminate metabolic products and frees the skin from blemishes and acne, as well as alleviating joint and bone problems. It also helps to regulate menstruation thanks to the phytohormones it contains. Guggul is used for diabetes and weight loss because of its blood sugar regulating properties. It is also used for cysts, tumors and abscesses, e.g. for hemorrhoids. The added BioPerine - black pepper extract increases the absorption of the guggul's ingredients.
