Rhodiola, bacopa, maca extracts
The preparation contains three plant extracts that increase performance in active people and in old age. Rhodiola and Bacopa are so-called adaptogenic and stimulating plants that help people maintain their performance and adapt better to stressful situations. Rhodiola can help with mental and physical exhaustion, stress, anxiety, insomnia, night shift fatigue and similar ailments. It has a strengthening effect on all bodily functions, increases stress tolerance and performance, and strengthens the immune system. Bacopa monnieri, called Brahmi in Ayurveda, improves memory and concentration, calms, strengthens the heart and, thanks to the bitter substances, has a digestive and analgesic effect. Bacopa is also said to reduce anxiety and increase mental resilience. It improves the elimination of metabolic products through the kidneys, which can alleviate skin impurities and rheumatism. Maca also maintains physical and mental performance (improves memory and learning ability), increases vitality and endurance, and stimulates hormonal processes. In men it increases libido and sperm quality, in women it increases fertility and during menopause it eliminates mood swings and the consequences of hormonal imbalance. The components of Maca delay the aging process and improve the body's ability to regenerate. Maca is recommended for weakness, exhaustion, to maintain physical and mental performance, and for nervous stress. Poor concentration, insomnia, urticaria, irritability can also be due to a lack of B vitamins and especially B3 (niacin), which is why the preparation has an increased amount of these vitamins.
Dosage: 1 tablet a day in the morning before a meal with plenty of liquid or between meals
