Cistus incanus plant, also known as rock rose, is native to the Mediterranean and is characterized by a very high content of polyphenols, which have a great antioxidant potential and prevent cell-damaging oxidation processes. The Cistus plant has also proven itself in the prevention and treatment of cold infections. Research has shown that Cistus incanus and other Cistus species are antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral. Traditionally in the Mediterranean, Cistus incanus has been used for stomach irritation, liver weakness, urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections and skin infections, as well as joint inflammation. The polyphenols of the zistrose also protect the blood vessels from calcification and narrowing, improve the flow properties of the blood and prevent blood clots.

Dosage: Prevent 1-2 tablets daily, in case of infection, take one tablet with liquid three times a day.
