The Cistus incanus plant, also called rock rose, which comes from the Mediterranean region, is rich in polyphenols, which have various effects on the body. They fight bacteria, viruses and fungi, thin the blood and improve blood circulation, prevent blood clots and fight free radicals. Traditionally in the Mediterranean, Cistus incanus is used for gastric irritation due to spoiled food, weakness in the liver, infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract and skin infections, as well as for inflammation of the joints. Dosage: three times a day 20-50 drops after eating, diluted with liquid on a sensitive stomach. In the case of a sore throat, first gargle and then swallow.
